My name is Jon Ellacott, and I am passionate about efficient construction and development.

One of the most dangerous phrases I have encountered in the industry is; "We've always done it this way".

If you're not thinking forward, if you're not thinking critically - your projects will not perform. Systems are well and good, but they need to contain feedback loops and constant adaption to remain efficient. Consequently, sometimes the best perspective is an outside perspective.

I have been involved in the delivery of over a billion dollars worth of new construction thus far, and I am excited to be able to offer assistance to you and your organization - to solve problems with this expertise applied.
